Noise issues from adjacent rooms and traffic!!! Outdated decor could use some refreshing!!! Insufficient electrical outlets for charging multiple devices!!! Cleanliness needs attention to ensure a more satisfactory stay!!!

The location close to a motorway was good. Set close to a valley and a garden, it was a plus. Our double room was updated with washing machine, shower and nice & simple breakfast.

My room included a fridge, a writing desk and ironing facilities.

The staff was extremely friendly, always willing to lend an ear with a great smile. Especially Erica at the front desk has been very helpful with everything. She really makes people feel very welcome and goes out of her way to help. The especial advice on discount at theme parks as well as quick and accurate location information helped us save a lot of time & money. Highly appreciate all the help. Also the other nice lady (I recall I think she said she was from the Philippines, whose name unfortunately I do not recall at this moment) were very kind enough to extend a helping hand quickly to any of our needs. My family and I always came back to very clean & comfortable room. The Hotel carried a very friendly atmosphere all around.

Sorry I ran out of place to finish my good notes above so I continue...Which I think most families would be relaxed with. Well with in our budget. A very good place to stay if you are looking at "value for money". Quite neighborhood, conveniently located to most places that you would generally look forward to. Shopping malls, restaurants, rent a cars & etc., are at a hand’s distance. Enterprise with very wonderful friendly staff is also just next door. There are also plenty of parking spaces available, no matter how late it got. Very secure place. Improve: The breakfast room was a little small to dine in. But we were given the liberty to take away to our rooms. Which kind of help my kid sleep the extra hour. Didn't see a safe in the room

Price and location

There were too many people loitering and smoking which was not a good first impression of the building. I guess bw cannot really control that though.

thoroughly enjoyed my real good stay especially in terms of value. brand-new and great-sized units with shower, nice & simple breakfast plus washing machine, and the staff were outstandingly accommodating.

The taco truck just down the block had me dreaming of their tasty burritos long after my stay! Plus, the breakfast pancakes were a game-changer-still drooling! Everyone in my crew agreed, comfy beds made for sweet dreams.

The room was quiet and kept clean. Good maid service. The furniture and carpet were like-new, as was the paint.

There were stains on the sheets that caused me to wonder if they had been washed, even though they smelled fresh. The room taxes, which I thought I paid upon booking the room, were added (again) when I checked- out, so the total cost of the room was not worth the quality. I could have found a better deal elsewhere.

Breakfast room much too small, not enough facilities for sitting. Some items were not available at the later breakfast time.

The AC hummed a standard tune you'd find in any run-of-the-mill spot.

We stay there frequently and know the area. There are convenient restaurants, markets, massage therapy. It is quiet and welll-run and satisfies out needs.

The price and easy access to where I wanted to travel.
